Tuesday Club Runs
Tuesday night club runs give you the chance to run at whatever pace you'd like. The group are split up into separate runs from A to G all at different levels. The entire group meets at Hayle Rugby club at 7pm and the runs start from there.
Below are the details of the different groups, showing who leads them and the pace / distance you can expect to run.
Sean Webb and Alan Reid
|6 to 7 minute miles over 6 to 8 miles. Sean has developed a training schedule for the more "elite" amongst you. Click here for full details.|
Craig Tonkin and Andy Moore
|6 to 8 miles at 7.00 to 8.30 min/mile pace . Stopping every mile or so for a quick breather but then off again !|
Phil Rowe & assistant
|5 to 7 miles at 8:30 to 9 min mile pace. Steady running. A large group. faster runners wait periodically for the slower ones to catch up.|
Andrew Thomas and Caroline Lewis
|9 to 10 minute mile. 5 or 6 miles. A larger group with plenty of breaks for rests but running faster than Jackie's group.|
Jackie Bowden & assistant
|10 to 10:30 min / mile for 5 to 6 miles. Constant running. No pressure , working on endurance.|
Andy Harper & assistant
|3 to 5 miles at 11 to 12 min mile pace. Social run some walking. Designed for people who can run a mile or two and want to improve.|
|2 to 4 miles walk / run . Steady with warm ups and cool downs. For the complete beginner|
